A Little Faith

welcome

Your Pregnancy

I often ask my mom what she craved, or what symptoms she had when she was pregnant with me. Sometimes she remembered, others weren't so clear. So this post is ALL things pregnant.

1st Trimester:

I ate poptarts.
I would shove ANYTHING in my mouth that was covered with cinnamon.
Chick-fil-A waffle FRIES
Sweet TEA (showing our southern roots)
Cheese and Crackers were my "go-to's" for my ALL DAY sickness
I couldn't eat anything Spicy (my favorite)
I gained MOST of my weight in this trimester =X
I slept a lot
I craved Beer, but promise I stayed alcohol free!!
Heartburn, Heartburn, Heartburn
I drank a ton of water

You being our gift is worth every bit of it!

Patience

We have made it to 38 weeks. 38 WEEKS!!! There were so many "looking forward to's" up to this point:
Hearing the Heartbeat
First Ultrasound
Second Ultrasound and sex reveal
Third Trimester where you no longer just look fat, it is clear you are pregnant
And last....our arrival of Faith, which has been the most anticipating because unlike the others on the list this one is not on a specific date and time. With every pain, or symptom, and Dr visit we wonder...could this be it??? Have I ever mentioned I am not good with surprises? (being the control freak that I am) But with this part I have no choice other than to have patience and not panick.

Faith and I at 37 weeks

We are waiting little girl!! Can't wait to hold you in our arms and tell you how much more beautiful the world is because you are in it!!!
